1 General Terms

Welcome to krkeya. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the krkeya platform, including all gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support features accessible via krkeya.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account on krkeya, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the krkeya service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the krkeya platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the krkeya platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the service. They apply equally to players accessing krkeya from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations in Bangladesh.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the krkeya Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and krkeya.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of krkeya services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free and open to eligible players in Bangladesh.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on krkeya, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National ID Card or passport
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years of age or older)
• Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT)
• A strong, unique password for your krkeya account

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account balance.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one krkeya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, krkeya reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending a full review. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact support immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

krkeya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport copy
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash account screenshot, bank statement)
• Selfie with ID for biometric verification if requested

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in krkeya's verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. krkeya reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

3 Age Restriction

krkeya operates a strict minimum age policy. Players must be aged 18 years or older to register an account, deposit funds, claim bonuses, or participate in any game or betting market on the krkeya platform. This policy applies without exception to all players regardless of location, payment method, or game type.

During the KYC verification process, krkeya may request documentary proof of age. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be verified satisfactorily, krkeya reserves the right to restrict account functionality until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

krkeya supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — standard processing times apply
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks where supported

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on krkeya is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposits for bank transfer methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by krkeya, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. krkeya does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. krkeya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy breach is suspected. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods.

4.4 Prohibited Transaction Practices

• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder
• Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gameplay (bonus abuse)
• Using the krkeya account as a payment processing intermediary or money transfer service
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a transaction after bonus funds have been claimed

5 Bonus Terms

krkeya offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion description as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on krkeya are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots from providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Sports betting markets may have separate contribution rates stated in the applicable promotion. krkeya reserves the right to update game contribution rates and will publish current rates in the promotions section of the platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus immediately voided and their account reviewed for suspension. krkeya's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance with no replacement. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their active bonuses, which are visible in the Account Bonuses section of the krkeya platform.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of krkeya, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. By accessing any part of the krkeya service, you represent and warrant the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction
• All information you provide to krkeya is accurate, current, and complete
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the krkeya platform or its underlying systems
• You will not use automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users
• You will not engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity on sports betting or casino markets
• You will keep your account login credentials confidential and notify krkeya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You will not use the krkeya platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• You accept full responsibility for all bets, games, and financial transactions conducted through your account

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of pending bets, and withholding of balances pending investigation. krkeya cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the krkeya platform — including but not limited to the krkeya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of krkeya or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the krkeya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the krkeya platform without prior written permission
• Use krkeya branding, logos, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Scrape, frame, or mirror krkeya content on any other website or application
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any krkeya software

Game content on the krkeya platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with their respective owners.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your krkeya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions outlined in Section 4. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure by krkeya

krkeya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require account restriction

Where an account is closed by krkeya due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. krkeya will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder where legally permissible.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the krkeya platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion directly from the Account Settings panel. Self-exclusion is also available via the Responsible Gaming page. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krkeya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the krkeya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond krkeya's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by third-party providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions
• Losses arising from changes in applicable laws or regulations affecting your ability to use the platform

krkeya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

10 Amendments to These Terms

krkeya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, krkeya will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the krkeya platform after any updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
